1. Who we are
Baladi ("we", "us") operates this app connecting customers with local stores, drivers, and service providers. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Location — only if you grant permission, used to show your approximate location and suggest nearby stores. You can decline this and the app still works using your saved address instead.
- Order and activity data — orders, deliveries, ride requests, service bookings, and wallet transaction history.
- Push notification data — if you enable notifications, we store a device subscription token (not readable content) to deliver alerts about your orders.
- Business account data — for drivers and store owners: vehicle/store details and, for staff, an invite record linking them to a store.

3. How we use it
To operate the marketplace: process orders, connect you with drivers/stores, send order-status notifications, and maintain your account.
4. Who we share it with
Store owners and drivers see the order details needed to fulfill your request (name, address, items, contact number). We use third-party infrastructure providers to run the app (database hosting, web hosting) who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments — we don't sell your data to advertisers or other third parties.
5. Your rights
You can review and edit your account details, and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deleting your account removes your personal identifying information; order history tied to your account is kept in anonymized form for the store's and driver's own records.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes materially.
